i am new in affiliated programs i want to know does cj pays 1$ as it is shown at cj per lead?? does it pays or not ?? please let me know i have many users who can sign up for me....

you will need to read the vendors terms and conditions to see what qualifies as a paid commission. Some pay on leads, other on sales. Once you have been approved by a vendor/partner then you can advertise their products/websites and start earning commission

Just search for some affiliate programs that pay per lead. They are plenty of them in CJ.
