Does CJ give you credit if you use url redirection?

I've been promoting the Blockbuster Online affiliate program for about 6 months now and haven't received 1 commission even after receiving hundreds of clicks. I currently use url redirection to hide the affiliate links from the visitors. Could this somehow be effecting CJ's system to where they don't recognize a referral? The software I'm using to create the url redirection can be downloaded below.

your all affiliate programs will be de-activated by CJ if you're using redirect URL.

I am using PHP redirection for CJ, and there's no problem with this. Who said redirection can cause CJ deactivation? What is your source?

The fact that I haven't received one conversion is my source.

OMG!!! I think you may be right there. What does the text mean that I added in the quote. I got it off this page:

allowing redirects is up to the individual advertiser in CJ. if you search for links with your advertiser and then click in the column that says Name/Link ID it will tell you if that advertiser allows redirects or not. if they do it will say:
Advertiser allows URL redirects for this link.
Advertiser allows image redirects for this link.

So long as you use the exact URL of the merchant as found in the dashboard panel, you will be fine using URL redirection. I use redirection and I'd been paid twice by CJ.

So basically, if I was promoting Blockbuster Online with a url redirect and used the text "Click Here To Rent Movies" I wouldn't get credit?
