I know they do accept non Us sites, however some of their merchants have problems with non Us sites. I can't tell you exactly which countries they do accept, I guess you better visit CJ and have a look yourself, or if you still can't figure it out send a mail to CJ's customer service.
I'm from Australia, and as far as being a publisher in concerned, I've been accepted by 90% of the CJ advertisers that I've applied to. eBay Canada never wanted to know about me, but I guess that's all water under the bridge now.
I am from Asia and got rejected, this is their reply "Thank you for writing back to us with further information regarding rejected application. We have re-evaluated your application. Unfortunately eBay Partner Network will not accept your application at this time. Please note that eBay Partner Network can not disclose the exact reasons why applications are accepted or rejected. However we do re-evaluated our criteria on a regular basis. If you're still interested in participating in a few months, please feel free to try registering again."
That sucks. Why discrimination? Asians are not scammers. Most of the people who have scammed me happen to be Americans and Europeans.
rsrikanth05 is right. Most asians are not scammers, just like not all Nigerians are spammers. personally i find the short sighted merchants a joke as they are pushing away opportunity that can make them more money.
Yeah but most Nigerians are scammers, and a lot of Asians are too, to be honest. The quality they drive tends to be crap, it's not worth it for the advertisers, so they refuse them.
now don't get me wrong, there are many merchants in CJ who accepts non USA affiliates. I found that it is usually the merchants who are well established online will auto reject non USA affiliates.
I'm from Asian but almost merchants accept me. I think the most important thing is your site's report (traffic, website rank, EPC, ...)
My site has decent traffic and website rank, 100% white hat and got rejected. Actually most merchants accept me but some.
