"get an US bank account" Why it's needed in case of CJ ?

As for OP question, well take a look here https://signup.cj.com/member/publisherSignUp.do

There are virtually any country in the world, yours included. I assume CJ accepts everyone, the next question if the advertisers will accept you into their program. That's what you should care about.

Ok, Nabs, you still playing with me regarding your country:)

Btw I do know the facts that some people join CJ about 5-8 years ago and have an acc, but today there is not even their country here.

Commission Junction is great with International Publishers. One thing that makes their network appealing is the presence of webmasters and bloggers from all over the world to help connect advertisers with publishers located all over the world. I'd contact CJ if you have any problems - best of luck to you!
