Does changing my IP address increase my connection speed? I live in Thailand now and speeds are just terrible....I've changed my IP address and things are deffinetely faster on the speedtest. Is this my imagination only or does it make a difference? Canadian Auto Transport Services
I think that it also depends on type of web hosting you are using. Maybe there are someone on your server using to much recources. So in this case you'd better as your provider to clarify everything up.
IP addresses doesn't matter. But ISp doesn, this is due to connectivity to different locations of various ISP and many more factors as well...
