does captainad still pays?

    Yep, from what I know they are a legit and they pay, but there is other good ad networks instead of CaptainAd that pay much higher, such as VideoEgg.

    They pay for cpm, you can see their rates here http://captainad.com/pages/earning

    They pay by PayPal and direct bank transfer.

    I used them before, but I don't use them anymore.

    I believe VideoEgg pays via PayPal and Check, not sure. VideoEgg pays for cpe (cost per engagement), see this http://videoegg.com/adplatform/

    I have noticed lots of their ads on many websites.

    how much could I earn at videoegg?

    and I think they service is sucks as cpmstar because i registered 2 weeks ago and my site still not being reviewed I also contacted them but I didn't get any reply. should I dump them again?
