    Some will, some won't. Get a browser extension like SEO Quake so you can tell which ones do.

    Blogger provide normally dofollow links if you have not inserted nofollow tags by yourselves.

    as i know most of them are dofollow. if you are not sure about it use a firefox add-on to check it
