Does bit.ly treated as a backlink???

    bit.ly url can't be used to create the backlinks as it is used to make the short length of URL.

    its a purely 301 redirected to your website.., check the status of it.., you will get 200 Ok which is SE friendly.. No backlink can expect from this..,
