Does Bing take Social Signals into consideration?

    Hello, I'm new to bing and, I'd like to know if fb likes, and twitter retweets, have any influence on site rankings in bing?

    Google doesn’t incorporate the number of times a link in their search rank algorithm, But Bing definitely takes in consideration this data.
