Does Bill Gates make enough money to do whatever he wants?

Does anyone else think Bill Gates can put his money somewhere and make a huge project - or do you think he doesn't have what it takes? We know how popular MSN and his software is, but can he make something someday with all the money he has?

I should think he could do whatever he wants pretty much. I should also think he is pretty content with what he has got.

If Bill Gates donates most of his money to the hungry children of a lesser God, builds homes for the poorest countries and helps improve research, then he's the real richest person on earth.

He makes enough money to give everyone in the world $7 so I think he makes enough money to do whatever he pleases.

Yeah... There's about 6.5 billion people on earth... In order to give each one $7.00 USD, it would cost $42 billion... And I believe his net worth was around $60 billion, right?

I agree that he makes enough money to do whatever he wants but human nature is he/she never satisfy whatever he/she has. BTW now his money brings him more and more money itself :p

yes, Bill Gates can pretty much do whatever he pleases. He has more money than most 3rd world governments, and the whole anti-trust affair in the 90s shows that even the government can't control him (though they came close).

That really depends on what his lifestyle is.

But I think it's more than enough. He can even donate his money to refugees or to the less fortunate.

He can do whatever he wants because he is very rich, so I am very happy that he decided to give some of his money away to charity work.

He can't give everyone in the world $20, if that's what he wanted to do. If he really tried he could find a way to waste all that money, but I think his goal is retaining his massive wealth and incrementally giving most of it away to charity.
