    Hello,

Does our balance, effects NEGATIVE to the displayed ads?
E.g if our balance is low(but within the daily budget and the cpc) does our ads appear lowest for google, and appear higher publishers with more balance left?

What's your opinion and experience about this?

    Regards

If Google feel that your budget is not sufficient to show your ads throughout the whole day then they will be put into extremely low positions at certain times (every 3 searches made on that keyword for example). But if you are bidding on a keyword with the goal to be in second position, then you should achieve this regardless of the competitors budget and yours as long as Google is not "hiding" your ad at that time.

No, that's not the case. If your balance is low, then google might not display your ads often because the ads may exceed your balance, but it's nothing to do about the ads position in the result pages.
