    1 - You are referring to 'incentivized' traffic, right? Depending on the offer, AzoogleAds may or may not allow it. But yes, there are offers that accept incentivized traffic.

    2 - Yes, it has CPA offers.

    It depends on how intense you want the traffic to be. I've given Azoogle some very intense traffic, and sometimes their server cant handle the overload.

    "Incentized" traffic is traffic generated by offering visitors some type of reward to visit a sponsor/advertiser. For example websites that run paid to click schemes would generate "incentized" traffic to advertisers. Or websites which run memberships which require members to visit X amount of sponsors per week/month to keep their membership status active. There are many different ones. The most popular ones these days are those Free Ipod/Xbox/x-popular-gadget Campaigns. Where they will send you a free item after you complete several Advertised offers.
