Does anyone uses Deep log analyzer with Joomla?

I downloaded this software, free version, but I don't know how exactly to use it. I need to import a log file, but I don't know where to find a log file and how to import it. (Well, this is not a problem with Deep Log analyzer but I have problem using it). Maybe my problem applies to server problems because I don't know where to find a log file. I use Joomla on 000webhost.com.

So, if anyone knows how to import/create a log file with Deep log analyzer, I would appreciate if I hear it.

Nope never heard of it... Why don't you use Google Analytics?

I use Google Analytics, but as people say, it is not 100% accurate so I want to see if Deep Log Analyzer is more accurate. I know, you will say that Google Analytics is enough, and I think that too, but, why not try to get some more statistics. Deep Log Analyzer really seems detailed so I thought why not try. I think it deserves a shot.

Speak to your host about log files.. they should be available to you. Deep log analyzer is a good product.

Thank you. I submitted a thread at their forum, but I think no one bothered to answer me. I suppose users didn't use Deep Log... Maybe I should try to approach them directly with my question.
