I have tried both on the same page, but I have found that Azoogle alone performs better. Performing well with an Azoogle offer is all about getting your visitors to click on the link that takes them to the offer page. Placing AdSense units on your page only distracts people from what you want them to do. Why have your visitor click an AdSense ad that might make you 10 cents when they could be converting on an Azoogle offer that makes you $30?
I guess it's logical to at least make some change off of those who won't convert for $30... but I never tried it specifically. I do know I got some good conversions on Squidoo based landing pages, so I'm not sure distractions are that bad... I'm guessing if they wanna buy for $30, they will convert whether there are distractions are not (again, I never tried to measure conversion rates in these cases.... but I'm gonna).
Okay.. it really depends on your site. If you're already promoting affiliate offers and having success with it then what's the point of adsense?
