Does Anyone Use Zimbio?

I'm trying to find ways to promote my blog through social networks, and I found Zimbio, where you can submit your posts to various zines.

Has anyone tried this? And have you found any success? My concern is that there doesn't seem to be much of a way to build authority and make sure your post doesn't get immediately buried under the other ones.

Its not new. Zimbio is one of the oldest bookmarking site, but its extremely 'entertainment' website. All links must be entertainment, celebrity or gossip related. Otherwise ur link will be deleted.
