Does anyone use RSS feed as site contents?

    Isn't this against TOS if:
    1. All site is based on RSS feeds?
    2. Some contents are usual and some from feeds?

What is your experience with that?

Hmmm, I'm not sure if that's against ToS (are you meaning Adsense ToS?), but I would imagine that as long as you have some original content on there that it would be okay. I believe you're just not able to have only ads on a page, it must have content. But I haven't memorized the rules yet.

You know, you can probably write an email to their support people and just be honest with them about it. Ask them if your idea is against ToS.

People sell these sites by the 10's of 1000's online everyday. Heck, every day you'll find someone here asking if this is a surefire money-maker, and always it's the same thing -- how you gonna get traffic to it? If you can get traffic to it, you'll make money, if not, you won't. And how will Adsense react when they find out all your "site" has are links to other sites that you scraped via RSS feeds and trackbacks?

Here's a real story that happened to me: One of my sites, a very small (but financially successful) site, was being scraped by this one guy who was using Adsense on his site. It was easy to find out what he was doing because once someone clicked on the links on his site it came to mine, leaving a referral. That was about 3 months ago. The last time I checked, this guy's site is persona non grata in Google, MSN, and Yahoo. The Search Engines weeded him out. So where's he getting his traffic now? Apparently he's not. That's the risk you take when you run one of these instant MFA sites. Oh, he lasted for a while (I'd say about 2 weeks, give or take), but he didn't last long.

    I was thinking similar way...
But if site has original contents and part of it is RSS as news section? It should be OK I guess

Keep in mind that RSS feeds to other sites take your visitors away from your site and to theirs. And there's no guarantee they'll come back. ;)

I'd agree that RSS with original content is ok- but I wouldn't create a site that just used RSS only- that would violate the spirit, IMHO, of AdSense TOS. And better to error on the side of caution with your income...

I think what you are talking about is what I just did. I will be adding content regularly but I wanted some more content for the moment. So I filled in more infomation at the bottom of my blog with info from another site through feeds I guess. They gave me the code saying I could put there articles on my site. Once I have enough of my own content I'll just take it off of there. It's the healthcare blog.

    I don't think it's against TOS.

I have been looking at rss feeds for a while now but still can't see how it will work with my sites.
