Do you think it's worthwhile to use email marketing - newsletters, coupons, and so on, to promote your product? As compared to other forms of marketing, it can be the best way to get customers back to your site again and again. Does anyone use newsletters in conjunction with Adsense strategies?
Hi, Email marketing is the bread and butter for any serious internet marketer. The whole purpose of driving traffic to a website or a blog is to capture the name and email of your visitors, which is usually done by offering free QUALITY information. In this way you are building a list of customers interested in what you are offering. The list is your Gold Mine as you use it to send information and more offers again and again, all by a simple email. One of the most popular email Auto Responder is "Aweber". Check it out and start building a list... otherwise you will work forever just trying to get new traffic..
I would say email marketing is the MOST important part of an online business. In my opinion it gives the highest return for the time spent compared to other marketing efforts, especially if you have a good autoresponder series.
Couldn't agree more. However it's getting harder and harder to get your emails delivered and read so it's not enough to have good quality content, you also need to have killer email headlines.
I think every internet marketer should be using email marketing.. this is one of thee most powerful ways to build a relationship with your market and allows to to make a ton of money long term with good products
Here are some rules of thumb for good email subject lines: Localization helps (including the city name) but not personalization (like the person's name); avoid using the words help or sale or free. Keep it 50 characters or less. Remember emails with the highest click through rates are generally timely information, surveys, invitations, or required information, like updated logon info.
Couldn't agree more. The first thing any serious marketer should do is collect emails and compile a list.
yes, exactly. it's one thing to have good content but if your title sucks, no one will read them -- those inbound links you put on your articles will just become useless. I usually go with "20 Do's & Don'ts for your company" or "The Five Best _____ for your company"... from experience, i found that if your headline or title has a number, it strikes interest more.
Email marketing is very effective if you use it right way. Very effective for existing customers and opted-in people. Not effective for purchased lists, collected emails and other SPAM and near sources of contacts. If you don't have a list it is better to purchase adv space in a 3d party popular list than purchase a contact list itself.
if you have an online business, email marketing is one of the best ways to get clients. So its a good option for you.
Despite the popularity of social media marketing, email marketing is still one of those traditional marketing strategies that will bring you a long, long way. Of course, you would need an emailing list for this and good material so you can capture the interest of your target audience. But, with email marketing, you will have a greater chance of increasing your popularity both online and offline, especially when done along with the more recently popularised marketing tactics.
It is useful techniques to convert list into buyers by sending them attractive packages and giving them detailed information & call them to website so they can spend some time to website. It is up to you because it can work great.
You can forget worrying too much about subject lines and open rates if you use email marketing to build a relationship with your subscribers. If you do it right your list will come to look forward to your emails and the news/content you provide. They will be more responsive and more likely to buy your stuff and your recommendations. Take the time to nurture your subscribers.
I just don't know how effective email marketing these days, since the way of marketing is changing now and everybody's busy in social media marketing
As mentioned earlier you want to send quality free information on a regular basis to your list. This builds trust. Only occasionally should you send offers for something. Also, set everything up with an autoresponder to deliver the emails every couple of days or so.
