I think you should get a notice if your E-gold was deleted . Contact them about your situation and see what they have to say.

Where are you from? It happened sometimes before I think with Iranian accs: they all got deleted or anything similar, without any notice and without any chance to get back anything

I never heard e-gold deleted some account. I think you can contact them via phone call. Its more quickly than email them.

i contacted EG via phone just now.but they just told me send them email with all information for this problem and quite rude.

In fact,i have heard the problem like this before.i just can't believe E-gold is able to do that for their users.now it happened to me.i'm so sad.

btw.i come from China.i didn't do anything wrong with my eg accont.i will wait 2 business days for their reply from email..

there is no result to contact egold if your egold was deleted
maybe your egold was flagged because receiving or sending gold to another egold acc which was concerned fraud credit card, child pornography ....
they will lock or delete your acc
be carefull in sending or receiving money next time , my mates

Never heared of accounts getting deleted without any warnings before. You should really send them an email to find out what was the reason why they deleted your account.

The usually block accounts rather than deleting them outright. Are you sure the number is correct?

I have been using Egold for many years. I have never had a single problem. If you conduct safe business practices, nothing to worry about.

I dont think there is anything you can do though. Egold has been known to "steal" people's money like that. Dont give them any reason to doubt you in the first place. Dont login with multiple proxies. Signing from US proxy in mornning and UK proxy in noon, things like that. Did you recently had any big transaction? over $1K?

i used proxy access to my E-gold account actually.but only the same ip in all time.i have no choice, you know the E-gold site has been banned by some countries. The China is a one of country which did that. And all my transaction were lower than $200.whatever,whatever i think it's hard to get that money back.i'm still waitting the reply.
