Actually, the only place we know about cuil is the robots in our site. I can see that cuil robots visit my website frequently, then i understood cuil exists. But one thing funny is, cuil.com has page rank 8.
I still rank no where in cuil at all but that's probably because i blocked then due to amount of bandwidth (lots) compared to how many users they sent (0) No loss to me.
actually they haven't changed to Cpedia yet, they have just launched a automatic enclypedia and it is seriously crap
It is a search engine with billions of pages in his database but it is less frequently used because Google dominated other search engine.
No one, I know uses it. If they improved their search algorithm to the level of Google, Yahoo and bing, and removed some unnecessary things in / on the search results(page), I would consider using it, "once in a while". (I like the interface)
It is pretty good, but I think the market is getting really saturated right now, its hard for new engines to succeed online.
