Firstly I assume we are all big boys on here so please dot post saying 'the product i promote/sell on CB is useful I know we all promote cb affilaite links thru thu the net, but do we actually think the products are any good! Personally, I think they are all dung, but I have no problem blasting the hell out of them and then just basque in the glory of the clown who doesnt cancel his recurring billing. If anyone can point me in the direction of a genuine product ill be impressed
Health info products are really good when compared to other stuff in CB. Even though the info can be obtained free of cost in Google but as we know there is a little time for us to do to any research.
Useful? "maybe" ... Overpriced "definitely yes" ... it is tough to make money on CB since so much has to be paid out to affiliates and also CB fees. It makes it so the item, usually an eBook, has to be priced real high, which hurts sales. Makes for a very tough business model to follow and make a profit.
Most of the products are created from free information gathered from internet and Public libraries, well researched, well packaged and well marketed. The point you must understand is when a well known author writes a book he goes through same phase.
It all depends on where you are coming from into the product. If you are someone that is completely New Like I was about interent marketing then, Yes there are a couple of Clickbank products I sell that I believe will help newb's in IM just starting out. Of course you can get a lot of the information in many ebooks online for free, HOWEVER you're main goal is to start to learn how to make money online in the shortest amount of time(or at least it is for me). I would gladly pay $37 bucks for an ebook that would give me an overal veiw (beginner to intermediate) to help me get a quick start in the game(Which I've done)! Short answer though is yes it helps with people who are clueless to a particular subject though IMO.
Completely disagree.. if your product is solid and your sales page converts.. you can make VERY good money even after paying out to affiliates.
NicweFairPrice - Your so wrong ) you can make 2 3 4 5 hundred dollars a day promoting a 40 dollar product
I work alongside a team of 4 at simpledietguide.com and we spent just over 6 months writing our Diet Guide, Coding the Members Area and preparing promotional content for our affiliates. I like to think that if you put the effort in and create a genuine product your customers will be happy. Nick: SimpleDietGuide Affiliate Manager
Some of the products are excellent. Some are not. Just like in a regular bookstore, or any other commercial marketplace. There will always be some junk, and some gems. It depends on what you want - one man's trash is another man's treasure. You might think they're rubbish, but someone else might think it's the best thing since sliced bread. Since our individual opinion is so subjective, we need something more concrete to go on to be able to decide whether or not they're any good. And what do we have? Gravity. Clearly, these products are selling, and most customers are keeping them. Which means they must be at least OK in quality, right?
How about promoting relaxation music which is on Clickbank. I am not suggesting this just because I am a Clickbank merchant selling my own relaxation/meditation/brainwave mp3's because I was promoting such products on Clickbank before I created my own. Do a search in Clickbank and look for a merchant in this niche that interests you, if any.
I totally agree that “if†your product is solid and “if†your pitch page converts at least 1 to 4 percent of all traffic into paying customers then you sure can make VERY good money “if†you get enough quality web-traffic. But “if†and “hope†are tough foundations on which to build a business model though.
I totally agree that “if†your product is solid and “if†your pitch page converts at least 1 to 4 percent of all traffic into paying customers then you sure can make VERY good money “if†you get enough quality web-traffic. But, like I said: “if†and “hope†are tough foundations on which to build a business model. Another thing: “If†and “hope†can be dangerous. Based on “If†and “hope†, if one spends too much money on promoting a CB site, hoping it will make them more money and that site or CB product does not…then the business is in trouble. HOW DO YOU EXPERIENCED CB SUCCESSES TEST YOUR CB IDEAS? Before you spend tons of big bucks on promotion? How do you take the risk out of doing business on CB? I am not trying to be funny I just want to learn and succeed like you guys. I surveyed some of the highly profitable/highly competitive categories on CB and out of say 200 sites in one of those categories only 5 to 15 get any real meaningful traffic and pay off. Not great odds, but “If†and “hope†springs eternal, lol! Another thing: “If†and “hope†can be dangerous. Based on “If†and “hope†, if one spends too much money on promoting a CB site, hoping it will make them more money and that site or CB product does not…then the business is in trouble. I “hope†to do quite well with CB, “if†I can get lots of quality web traffic from my affiliates! Best wishes to you, too!
I'm a reader so I have bought and sold many items from CB. You have to scrutinize what you buy and sell. CB has great customer service as I've purchased products and if it was not what I was expecting or hoping for they promptly offer a refund or I've asked for exchanges too. I do agree that anyone can create a product and offer it through click bank. Any one here can too. If there is expertise and good research then the item is useful. It's just like a regular bookstore, not all the books are NYBS and you find gems here and there. Products are self published.
Imagine we are at hyper bookstore, where there are too many book surely, but don`t judge a book by its cover, but marketing is it.
