Does anyone still run a CafePress shop?

    Greetings,

Around 2005 I opened up a CafePress premium shop and used a script so my storefront could be on its own website. It was pretty easy to get started and customers start purchasing. I closed up shop in 2006 and haven't looked back into it until now.

Are there any people who are still use CafePress to make money? My biggest issue before was that the margins were pretty small given the amount of effort required and the ongoing cost of $7 a month for the premium shop (I needed at least 4 sales to cover my store cost and another 5 sales to cover the hosting costs).

Is this avenue worth reconsidering? Any modern success stories out there?

    Regards,

Hmmm, you know I always wondered if people still used Cafepress. It seemed like a cool service but you're right it was just a rip off after it was all said and done!

In all honesty, when I had my own line of tshirts I just found a place online and made a small run on them. I mean it cost me like 5.00 total each and at least I could say that I actually kept the profits from my sales.
