Yes am seeing the changes too, but strangely most of the sites I checked are shwoing up as PR 0, even a PR7 site of mine is showing PR0. I checked it with google toolbar too. he he he, even google is PR 0, here.
Just close your browser and reopen it, or just refresh the page. It happens sometimes, and has noting to do with your actual PR, so don't worry.
The PR update frenzy reminds me of "Finding Emo" where there is a chest that opens every couple of seconds , and the fish gets ecstatic shouting "Bubbles BUBBLES Bubbles!" every time it does, and goes to normal when it closes. We are that fish.
