Does anyone offer a bug fixing service for a fee?

    Sometimes I get to the point where I am so frustrated with CSS and IE issues that I go mad! Does anyone offer a bug fixing service? Because most of the time I'd be much happier to just pay someone who is more skilled than myself and have the problem sorted without the headache.
