    A buddy of mine collected e-mail addresses for a web-design related interest group. Every single one was a GMAIL account.

    Just wondering - does anyone here NOT have a GMAIL account?

    I don't have a Gmail account... I don't see the point in having one tbh, i got 3 other ones

    EDIT: Can someone give me a good reason why i SHOULD have one?

    I have accounts from all the big email providers, including gmail. I don't use it much tho'. That means I can say

    that I DO NOT have a gmail account :D

    I register my gmail accounts so if I need an email account that I don't care if it gets spammed. Just plug in a gmail address, get what I need/want and move on to never return! I save my real email account for only special people/places :D

    Gmail is only used for disposing! haha

    For all the Gmail users here,

    What is the difference between Gmail and lets say, Hotmail or Yahoo? I really don't get it. Just cause something might be more poplar doesn't make it better.

    I don't have gmail either. From what I hear about what you can do with it, it's just too many options for me so I stick with my own one attached to my website.

    I've had about 5 of them, got my first one when it first came out (from an invite). Now I just use an email addy on my own domain.
