MTB riding is about the only exercise I get. There's nothing like riding for hours into the forest and then following the sun home. I just bought myself an i-gotU USB GPS that I'm going to mount on my handlebars, so at least I'll be able to see where's I've been (and map it on Google Earth). I thought about getting a fancy GPS bike computer, but that would ruin the fun of getting lost.
Yeah, it's great! =D Well I don't have my own bike yet so I can't tell you what set up will be, but I know I'll buy medium size. And I'm buying the whole bike, not just a frame, so you can check the equipment. =) I'm buying Comp, not Pro - white colour. =) And for all MTB fans here - I've been to World Cup race in Maribor, Slovenia this weekend (my country). =) It was awesome, but totally muddy, rainy, stupid ugly weather... But who cares, the race was interesting. =D The finish area was so damn muddy that you almost got stuck in the mudd, I almost lost my shoe! =D And I tried to stay as clean as possible, tryed not to fall - I was doing great, only my shoes and part of pants were muddy, but on finish area I sliped and fell on my butt - then I was all muddy. =D LOL!
i like Mountain Bike this sport is a wonderful and adventures Sport. I do Mountain Biking in the End of the Week.
mountain bikes are really expensive things to purchase. although it is a fun way of exercise that is good for the legs and thighs.
I would try buying your first (and second) mountain bike from craig's list or some other preowned place.
