In the webmasters' world, no site owner can clear the possibility of NOT having error pages like 401, 402, 404, etc. Many marketers have made more 'moolah' with their error pages, because, a study shows that 10% of your daily website traffic will end up at your error pages. (This happen when you're navigating your website or transferring it to a new server or under going any kind of maintainance.) Converting these error pages to a positive marketing is necessary (don't you think so?). From here, I think of Adsense.... May be, some genius here can show us a tip or two on how to maximize these error pages using the power of adsense... Can anyone give us some tips?
You could do what I do on some of my sites and if the page gives a 404 error for example the user is directed to the homepage of the site rather than an error page or you could create a custom 404 but a 404/other error page may not have adsense on it.
