I would say "custom made". Didn't recognize any familiar CMS/script.

Oh, if you mean pinterest like endless scroll, they are many of them available online. I though you're thinking of script for whole site, not just that part.

    Regards.

I do not know, but I'm guessing it's a custom built theme. It might just be customized word press.

What I can tell you is:
    1. That they use bootstrap. Bootstrap is a framework that would be used in themes or custom development of any type of CMS, but not likely in the default config of any major distribution (ex. wordpress, drupal).
    2. They used webkit to make this. I'm not familiar with it, but the web describes it like a (client side!) technology used in apple's Safari Browser, possibly Chrome. (Does't help much).
    3. Other sites use the same cms/theme, but apparently not many (I found 3 sites) so it's not a very popular script.
    4. The other sites I tied to this software have the same DNS settings (privacy, same name servers) and may have the same owner. m.avmask.com & m.javpee.com

Many CMS let you remove you can remove branding/markings from them.
