Does anyone know which company is providing this ad?

Hello. Could anyone please tell me which company is providing ads on their video part?
i mean the ad before you watch their video?

Yeah. I mean do you know the which company is providing that?
I was kinda shocked because it was first time that Im seeing local ad before a video.
and are their videos are self hosted videos? I mean the video from the site (not ad videos)

 

What I was trying to say to you was that you and I don't see the same ads. I'm from America, so the pre-roll ad that I see is different from the one you see.

 

The question got me thinking too so I approached it logically. Who owns Youtube? Google. Lets check Google - and voila:
