    Amazon Associates with popular stores or blogs can use a new associateIds issued for their dads/moms/friends from other states/countries. Their friends will send back the earnings or gift certificates.

    I suspect this will be reversed soon. It is not good for the states or for Amazon, so they must come to a solution
