A customer e-mailed me and told me that they got this error message, and I've just tried a test order and got the same "Unable to process payment. Please contact the merchant as the postal address provided by the merchant is invalid, and the merchant has requested that your order must be delivered to that address." My postal address hasn't changed in 5 years, and why would a merchant request that a order be delivered to that address anyway? And if the problem is with their address, why do I get the same message when I test it? I haven't changed any settings in my account since yesterday when I received paypal payments with no problems. I've e-mailed paypal, but their phone-line closed about half an hour ago here :-(
I had the same exact problem once i was going to pay my hosting company. Its a hell to find out of this problem. I sent paypal tons of support issues to have that solved, but they could not find out what the problem was. Each time i tried to pay my hosting company i got the same msg. I eventually gave up and paid my company with my CC. I later checked the matter with my Hosting company and they had something wrong with their account profile. Still the only thing that seemed to work in my case was to STOP that subcription of monthly payment, and restart it again. A very hard problem to deal with, when the support does not understand what is wrong. Good luck solving your problem. DL

Did both. Didnt work. had to turn of the subscription, and then activate it again before it worked. DL
