I need the same font or a very similar one which is blocky and can been seen at small sizes.

The site suggested gave some possible options, but I wasn't convinced.

 

If you have CorelDraw installed there is a utility to compare fonts.

Simple.

Impact Wide, small font size (10pixel), id take my guess that the anti-aliasing is 'strong'. May or may not be bold. (Id say its not.)

I GUARANTEE it is Impact Wide. No doubt about it.
