    I'm not on my PC right now, but rather my linux laptop, but have you taken a look at the character map? I can not recall 100%, but I believe I may have seen that character located somewhere in there.

    If I was to take a guess, it'd either be ALT 176, 177, or 178. Not completely sure though.

    It's just an extended ascii character.
