I believe that with PhotoShop skills and some addons you can create whatever you wish, the only limit is your imagination.
It's called a corner peel ad or page peel ad. This java script has been around for quiet a while. Just google "page peel ad". You will find a lot of people selling it or just "borrow" the script from the website. Hope this helped
