I would love to know what script is running this site?

I have seen other sites that look very simular to this and since I have a sign company I want to also have a site like this.

Also, I would be willing to hire someone to make more improvements to this script to accomodate my needs. PM if you are interested or just reply to this thread with the script you think its using.
