Seems like custom-build forum software, no similar code links via Google or other engines so far, only at links in s l a x site. Login of this website/forum is 1:1 the same thing, there's no separate accounts 4 it + integrated translation environment. Conclusion: ask author here or E-Mail: donations at slax.org
