Hi, sorry to bother all of you, but has anyone heard from Luffy_12? I have been trying to get ahold of him about some traffic I had bought but am not getting as fast as I was told, and I can't seem to send him a PM because it says he has either chosen not to receive them or cannot receive them. I am getting frustrated as I have no other way to contact him. If anyone has a way of contacting him can you tell him to PM me? Or let me know what the best way to get ahold of him is?
