Does anyone know the location of PARAMETERS in FRONTPAGE?

    In FP 2002 it was called "substitution"

    Old way: TOOLS>>WEB SETTINGS>>PARAMETERS

    This allowed you to give a name and value to any text on the page. By changing the parameter (value) you could make global changes to specific words or phrases.

    Anyone know where I can find that feature on a newer version of FP or (even better) Microsoft Expressions Web Designer.
