Does anyone know PR 10 site?

I'm wondering What site is most respected by google.

I have found some PR 9 site,
but i only found 2 sites with PR 10, one is google.com and another is usa.gov
Does anyone knows the others?

but adobe.com is just PR 9,
CNN has valid PR 10
I wish i get backlink from those site

 

adobe homepage is PR9 but some of the inner page are PR10 such as http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

However very few people are aware of this PR10 site :

Its a web design site and I am sure all the backlinks which this site has are from high quality PR sites, thatz the reason its standing at the PR10 position.

 

I think all site with pr10 all over the world are just around 100 sites only.

 

Google.com, facebook.com

There are a few more, but there are still very few pr10. There are quite a lot of pr9/8 though.
