    Hmm never seen that before. Maybe it is just a 720x90 ad that had 1 high paying advertiser being displayed?

    I think that website owner is a premium adsense publisher meaning he or she has full control over the adsense design with more perk's.

    This is a position many of us will never achieve. lol

    Look at the websites homepage also.

    A lot of us have not heard about it cause we do not get enough traffic. I'm talking about million's of hits. For example of adsense premium publishers take a look at the ads on this page.

    only 2 adds paste per page is the best way to get unique clicks. Specialy when the adds are at the top
