Does anyone know how to get an answer out of click bank?

I've accumulated a little commission (around $230.00) with clickbank and have been trying to get it for just over 2 years now.

Most emails receive no replies. Some receive silly replies. No letter receives any reply. The state now is that click bank have not only kept all my money for 2 years, they've charged me $240.00 for doing so!

Anybody know the "secret" email or telephone number or name where one can get a rational reponse?

They require you to have made at least 5 credit card purchases from different cards (at least 1 has to be a visa, and at least 1 has to be a mastercard -- they can't all be the same card type) before they'll pay you for the first time. That's probably why they haven't sent your payment yet.

I don't know why they wouldn't answer your phone calls though, that's pretty unnerving.

possibly because they are bored of saying

"read the terms and conditions. yopu need to have 5 different cards including 1 visa and 1 mastercard"

to every person who cant be bothered to read the terms

Also remember that dead accounts get charged a service fee. I think it is $10 per month.

This is probably what is happening to you. You never qualified for a paycheck and your account was left to die. Every month that goes by you are losing money.
