Does anyone know how to do this?

I run a bath and body care site, and to write the product info/ingredients/directions, I would like something set up a little like how this looks:

Basically, just the part where you can click on "ingredients" and it doesn't take you to a new page, but just changes that small part of the page, and then can click to "reviews", or back to "description" while still staying on the same page.

Anyone familiar with this, or...?

Don't use Java! The simplest way is to use "jQuery tabs".
