Does anyone know how to do this drop down

Does anyone know which wp plug allows you to create a down drop where it opens the content on the same page?

Here is an example http://bit.ly/98whp2 Look all the way down below the bottom banner for "additional cpa related info" and click on it. A new content box will open.

I would greatly appreciate your help. I spent hours trying all of the wp drop down plugins, but I cant seen to get any of them to do exactly this.
