    It's going to be a little hard if you never did anything related.
    But look for HTML, CSS and Javascript on google and w3schools.

    Ok, is there like a wordpress template where I can create something similar? Because all this is, is a slideshow with music and 2 pop up boxes.

    That site is just a simple photo slider-- and it is done in Flash. Don't make yours in flash. Use a js / html5 / css3 photoslider script.

    I agree, dont use flash or a website like that. However there are a ton of wordpress themes that are for that particular look and feel that are not flash. google wordpress photo theme or something along those lines. There are millions of themes dig in and get an external harddrive and save ones you like even if you dont think youll use it right then.

    If you use a flash slider like that ,you'll never see by search engines
    this site use flash on asp ,You should buy a domain name then buy windows sheared hosting and finally use a flash slider either for free or paid one.
