My mind has been wandering off a bit and I just thought of a brilliant concept for an up-coming project. Basically, I would want the MSN bot to do this: Visitor adds bot on MSN. Visitor says something, the bot replies saying something like..."How can I help you? Type "Search" "Games" or whatever it may be. Say the person decides to search (main purpose of the bot in this case), once that person enters something to be searched, the bot instantly links to a URL for that specific item/piece of information. There would be a database of thousands, maybe tens of thousands, of different search-able words and it would be possible for some that there is more than one of the same term...which could cause complications, unless it just sends multiple links. Does anyone have any idea how this could be managed? Is it out of the realm of possibility? I know there are MSN bots already, but would this be a costly project to get someone to undertake? I would also probably consider getting the same bot for other IM programs, Facebook, Twitter, etc, if it is possible...but MSN is the main goal as it requires less effort for the visitor...
