    So rather than have a 10x50px text ad, I can have a giant video player? That seems dumb...

    They don't pay much! I dont think its worth it unless you have some huge video site and alot of people would click on it.

    You dont even get paid when the video is played, but when they actually click on the damn ad in the video. I ran this for about 2 days before I totally removed it from my site.

    IMHO its not worth it.

    Yeah - it's basically an ad that takes two clicks instead of one (and a 500x500px block). I think google is overestimating how much people are going to care about content-specific ads. Hell, if I was going to stick a GIANT ad on my site, I at least want to get paid when people misclick and hit it :)
