Does anyone know how google treat website content copy?

    As title, I have studied some websites and have some conclusions, if anyone interested on the topic, welcome show your opinions here.

    How google treat the websites ranking if it has content copyrights problems?

    I heard they would put you on hold, if they find the cliam is true. anyways, before that your hosting will remove it if somebody complaied to them....:). I'm not sure this is what you wanted to hear

    Sorry I donot know what the word means "put you on hold", means what to do with the ranking ?

    Does anyone have other ideas?
