User control panel - options - time zone - select the time zone you want.

    Your welcome,

You could probably do this with a custom field in postbit.

Or take a look at this modification - http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=208288

Create a custom profile field for people to fill out - name it something like "Time Zone". Then use that modification to display it under their username in postbit??? Would that work?

Create a new style with no parent style, and view your forum with that. Then enter your UserCP and see if Edit Options is now there. If it is, the issue is that you have messed with a template (or multiple templates) and removed the "Edit Options" link from the UserCP.

Out of curiosity, what version of vBulletin are you running?
