    As far as I know , there is no network paying through Moneybookers. Try exchange the money from Paypal to MB.

    i heard that paypal have banned ppc / seo payments? not sure how true it is but worth looking into.

    In my personal opinion you dont need to pay for traffic! PPC is not the way google your niche eg. 'allintitlemyniche'....if you return less than 1/4 million results, you only need great SEO, wehich can be free if you do it yourself. You can hire companies like mine to do all the work for you but it comes at a price. If you are really low on funds, just use youtube and google adwords etc. The best tip i can give you is to get your social media platforms set up esp google+. If you link up your site to your google+ page and vice versa this is a great place to start!!
