Does Anyone Know a Script Similar to the One Used on HiCow.com?

http://hicow.com is some kind of automated article gathering portal where there is a subdomain for different locales (e.g. es.hicow.com for spanish, de.hicow.com for german, etc) and each locale contains the same content translated using Google Translated (or some similar automated translation engine, because the readability is pretty low).

Does anyone know what script does the site use or if it's coded specifically for the site?

 

I think that it's specially for hicow...

 

HiCow isn't a script, a programmer wrote the site.
