    Try to use:

    https://yesclick.com/
    https://bids.intecppc.com/

Traffic from this source very diffrent.
Not so quality as Google As Word, but many
people make big money with this ppc.

    Very quick moderation.

A really good equivalent to AdWords will be BingAds: https://secure.bingads.microsoft.com/

Classifieds can be also a good source of traffic.

It's better to buy some banner space through buysellads.com
Find a related website of your niche, create a flashy banner and you should be getting clicks for less than 10 cents (Us Dollar) which is about 1/10 of what you would be paying for an adwords campaign.

Depending on what you are driving traffic to, 7search can be effective. Takes some optimization though.

Rather than spending your money on PPC networks why don't you publish your ads on reputable website/blog to your related niche to get massive targeted traffic! Just a suggestion!

It depends heavily on your niche. If you're selling entertainment products, Facebook would be a great place to start, if you're selling business to business products LinkedIn ads might do the trick.

Just try to figure what websites your target audience is using and then identify those from where you can purchase traffic.

There are cheaper and easier ways to get traffic other than having to pay for it. Try look into youtube videos or article marketing to quality backlinks, otherwise you may be fitting a bill every month for no gain ;o

What's your current traffic level? Depending on how much it is, you could get hundreds of free traffic too.

That besides, if you are looking for cheap traffic, check out adf.ly

It really depends on your niche and your products and services. There is very little information given as to what you are trying to achieve. Are you able to do solos ads in your niche? Lots of people are now selling solos but only buy from someone with a good reputation.

Bing is good. I heard their traffic converts better than Google's too. Search fiverr. You can find some coupons and test them out before you dive in

You can also consider using BuySellAds.com, find some related blogs who sell advertisement on them, they would also give you targeted traffic to your site.
